At Seedbliss by Yams, all our seed cycling bites are customized and prepared specifically for each individual based on personal health details, hormonal analysis, and professional evaluation. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we follow a strict but transparent cancellation and refund policy.

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement, provided that the customization and preparation process has not yet begun. Once the hormonal analysis is initiated or the preparation of customized seed cycling bites has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Seedbliss by Yams does not offer refunds on customized seed cycling bites under any circumstances once processing has begun. This includes late cancellations, change of mind, or inability to consume the product after dispatch. However, in special cases, customers may be allowed to modify or reschedule their order, subject to internal review and feasibility.

If an order is cancelled within the permissible time frame, any eligible refund will be processed within 72 working hours to the original mode of payment. Refund eligibility is determined solely by Seedbliss by Yams after verifying the order status.

In the rare event of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images. Such cases will be reviewed, and a replacement may be issued at our discretion. No monetary refunds will be provided for customized products.
